Meet Peter, one of the Directors in our Restructuring Advisory team.

A little about Peter

Peter joined FRP’s Manchester office in 2017 and is a Director within the Restructuring Advisory team. He is a Chartered Accountant with experience in a range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, real estate and not-for-profit organisations.

Peter’s experience primarily includes advisory engagements and managing a range of formal corporate restructuring appointments, such as administrations, liquidations, company voluntary arrangements and Law of Property Act receiverships. He works with a variety of key business stakeholders including high street and asset-based lenders, directors, shareholders, key creditors and employees, often in challenging trading conditions.

Peter’s work with the firm has also extended to other areas of service including corporate finance.
