A little about Martyn
Martyn joined FRP in 2013 and is a Partner in the Restructuring Advisory team in our Manchester office.
He has been working in advisory since 2002, having spent a number of years advising on traditional mergers and acquisitions before specialising in restructuring advisory. This rounded experience enables him to advise businesses through transactional processes, in both solvent and distressed situations.
Martyn advises all stakeholders including shareholders, directors, lenders and private equity on the options available, leading the implementation of strategies from fundraising and sale processes to restructuring and insolvency options.
He also has an active involvement in the development of FRP’s Corporate Finance services, with a particular focus on delivering pre-lend reviews, due diligence reports and exit reviews.
