A little about Ramandeep
Raman joined FRP in 2010 in the Restructuring Advisory team and is based in our Birmingham office. He has been working in restructuring since 2003, providing restructuring advisory services to business and stakeholders – including owners, lenders, distressed investors and individuals – at all stages of the corporate life cycle.
Raman’s experience spans a broad range of sectors, from automotive and manufacturing to retail, construction, healthcare, education and property, and he has worked on regional, national and international cases.
That experience has included managing the administration of a stationery retail chain, managing the controlled wind down of a school and sale of the premises, and assisting in the pre-pack administration of a national business risk compliance contractor following an accelerated sales process.
