A little about Sandy

Sandy joined FRP in 2022, and is a Partner in the Restructuring Advisory team, based in our Southampton office.

He has been providing restructuring advice to SMEs and large businesses since 1990, and is a general practitioner with particular experience in the construction, engineering, financial services, and leisure and hospitality sectors.

Sandy advises businesses across all stages of the corporate lifecycle, with a particular focus on measures that help businesses avoid formal insolvency, the introduction of new finance, debt restructuring, negotiations with creditors, as well as formal restructuring appointments.

His specific advisory work includes the informal wind-down of a regulated bank, negotiations with key stakeholders to avoid formal insolvency of multi-site restaurant group, and numerous reviews for banks and asset-based lenders.
