A little about Simon
Simon joined FRP in 2019 as a Partner in the Restructuring Advisory team at our St Albans office. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a qualified Insolvency Practitioner, and has extensive experience working in the restructuring and insolvency sector.
Simon has provided advisory services to hundreds of companies and individuals during his career. He has a particular focus on owner-managed and SME businesses, and has worked across of a range of sectors including education, construction, real estate, technology, professional services and manufacturing.
Simon has considerable experience acting as receiver over property assets for a wide variety of lenders, ranging from residential to multi-use commercial real estate. He also has significant experience in contentious insolvency matters, particularly where there is a requirement to undertake investigations in order to recover assets that have been put beyond the reach of creditors.
