Sale follows appointment of Joint Administrators in January

Fusion Staff Agency Limited (“the Company”), a specialist recruitment firm based in Leicester, has been acquired out of administration in a pre-pack deal that has safeguarded all jobs.

Steven Stokes and Raj Mittal, Partners in our Birmingham office, were appointed Joint Administrators on 18th January 2019 after the business suffered from cash flow pressure leading to an inability to pay creditors as and when they fell due.

Following an accelerated sales process and their subsequent appointment, the Joint Administrators secured the sale of the business and assets to Fusion Staff Agency (Midlands) Limited. The Company will continue to trade from its existing office in Leicester and all six jobs have transferred.

Commenting on the appointment, Steven said: “This deal delivers the best result for all stakeholders, and most importantly saves jobs in the local area as well as ensuring continuity of trade for customers thereby minimising any disruption.”
