240 jobs saved in sale of Aberdeen cleaning business

240 jobs secured as Aberdeen cleaning business is sold to Atlas FM

Commercial cleaning provider Contract Solutions (Grampian) Ltd, which traded as CSG Clean, has been sold out of administration in a deal that secures the future of the business and preserves the jobs of its 240 employees.

Graham Smith and Michelle Elliot of FRP Advisory were appointed as Joint Administrators on 17 December 2025 and completed a pre-packaged sale of the business and its assets immediately following their appointment.

All 230 cleaning operatives and 11 office staff have been transferred to Berkshire-headquartered facilities services firm Atlas FM, ensuring continuity of operations.

Based in Westhill, Aberdeen, CSG Clean provides bespoke commercial cleaning services across the North East of Scotland and beyond. Known for its responsive and tailored approach, the business supports a wide range of clients and has built a strong regional presence.

The company had faced growing cashflow pressures and engaged FRP to explore strategic options. This led to an accelerated sales process designed to protect the future of the business.

The transaction includes the transfer of business operations, customer contracts, and associated assets.
