Meet Graham, one of the Directors on our Restructuring Advisory team.

A little about Graham

Graham joined FRP in 2013 and is a Director in the Restructuring Advisory team, based in our Aberdeen office. He has been engaged in restructuring advice and formal appointments in the Aberdeen area since 1998.

Graham manages corporate recovery assignments across the north and north-east of Scotland, including long and short-term trading appointments, the managed wind down of businesses and compulsory liquidations. He has experience of a wide variety of sectors including leisure, manufacturing, construction, fishing and professional services.

Graham has also managed a number of solvent liquidations, and carried out reviews of businesses for directors, shareholders and lenders.

His extensive experience has included being part of a team responsible for the trading of a small chain of hotels, securing sales on a going concern basis, and investigating and successfully challenging the sale of a business and assets that had occurred immediately prior to appointment.
