A well-established UK visual communications business has secured its future and safeguarded 41 jobs following a sale out of administration.
Shaun Hudson and Steven Ross of FRP Advisory were appointed as Joint Administrators to B.Print & Display Limited on 24th March 2026 and immediately completed a successful sale of the business and assets.
B.Print & Display Limited is a well-established visual communications specialist, delivering large format print, retail point-of-sale (POS) materials, display solutions and a fully integrated production-to-installation service across the UK. The business has built a strong reputation as a trusted long-term partner to leading retailers and brand owners.
The appointment of administrators followed a period of financial challenges, with the Company experiencing a gradual decline in turnover over the last three years. These pressures were primarily driven by a reliance on legacy technology, a sustained period of underinvestment, and ongoing debt servicing commitments.
Prior to the appointment, the directors sought advice from FRP Advisory, and a confidential accelerated marketing process was undertaken. This resulted in the successful sale of the business and its assets, which completed on the same day as the appointment.
The sale secures the future of the business, enabling further investment into its infrastructure and operations, while preserving 41 jobs and ensuring continuity for employees, customers and suppliers.
Shaun Hudson, Director at FRP Advisory and Joint Administrator of B.Print & Display Limited, said: “We’re pleased to have secured a sale that preserves the core business and safeguards 41 jobs. While the Company had faced financial pressures in recent years, this outcome ensures continuity for customers and suppliers and provides a strong platform for future investment and growth. We wish the purchaser every success for the future”
The Joint Administrators will continue to deal with the remaining affairs of the Company.
