Prior to Debenhams, Steven Cook was Chief Merchant at luxury retailer, Holt Renfrew & Co, a division of the Selfridges Group. His retail, fashion and manufacturing experience spans a number of leading brands including President positions at Calvin Klein and Badgley Mischka in New York, as well as Polo Ralph Lauren, J.Crew and Nike whilst based in Asia.
