Meet David

David joined FRP’s Restructuring Advisory team in 2013, and is a Senior Manager in our Edinburgh office. He has worked in restructuring advisory since 2008 and is qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner, achieving first place in the Scottish exams in 2011.

David has extensive corporate restructuring experience, undertaking administrations, liquidations, accelerated mergers and acquisitions, and pre-pack administrations across a wide range of industries such as agriculture, professional services, property, engineering, haulage, and oil and gas. He has undertaken numerous diligence reviews and advisory assignments to boards, creditors and other stakeholders.

David has been on two secondments into the Lloyds Banking Group’s Business Support Unit, in both the SME and mid-market teams.
