A little about Chad
Chad joined FRP in 2020, and is a Partner in the Restructuring Advisory team, based in our Edinburgh office.
He specialises in corporate restructuring, business reviews, contingency planning, options reviews and insolvencies. He has over 25 years’ experience covering a full range of stressed and distressed situations in both Scotland and England.
Chad has worked across a number of sectors, including oil and gas, commodities, offshore marine, renewables, real estate, construction, agriculture, food and drink, manufacturing and consumer and leisure.
In the Scottish market Chad has undertaken numerous business reviews and provided restructuring advice to support company turnarounds. Chad has also acted as administrator of several high profile cases including Alexander Inglis & Son and the Edinburgh Filmhouse.
Chad also acts on many English cases including IOG Plc, Horizonte Minerals Plc, Intu Trafford Centre and have been involved in restructurings using moratorium and court based restructuring processes.
