Meet Elizabeth

Liz joined FRP in 2016 as a Manager in the Restructuring Advisory team and is based in our Manchester office. A qualified accountant, she has been working in corporate restructuring since 2008 – mainly on formal insolvency cases – across a wide variety of sectors including retail, property, financial services and manufacturing.

Liz has extensive experience including numerous trading administrations, pre-pack administrations, managed business wind-downs, creditors’ voluntary liquidations (CVLs), accelerated mergers and acquisitions processes, and cashflow reviews and monitoring. She has also completed a secondment at Aldermore Bank while working for her previous firm.

Recently Liz managed the pre-pack administration of a specialist sports retailer after another adviser recommended and began to implement a CVL, successfully securing the sale of the business and assets, and full repayment to the bank.
