Jonathan joined FRP in 2023 and is a Partner in our Forensic Services team based in the London City office.
He is a proficient forensic accountant and investigations specialist with extensive experience managing high-profile cases involving sensitive fraud, bribery and financial crime across multiple jurisdictions. Jonathan works closely with clients and their legal advisers to develop and deliver investigation strategies, prepare forensic reports and advise on anti-fraud/bribery programmes. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Jonathan has worked across a broad range of industries and project types, including the analysis of accounting black holes and litigation support. He is highly skilled in applying technology assisted review tools, managing forensic data capture, undertaking financial data analysis and interviewing witnesses and suspects. Additionally, he has significant expertise in proactive fraud/bribery compliance monitoring, encompassing fraud risk assessments and board-level training on fraud risk management.
His recent assignments include undertaking an independent forensic review into a suspected, material accounting misstatement; investigating allegations of fraudulent loan applications and misuse of funds; undertaking an entity-wide fraud risk assessment and counter-fraud policy review; and performing forensic analysis to assess whistleblower concerns regarding the activities of an MD at an overseas subsidiary.
