A little about Sian
Please note that Sian Jones is currently on maternity leave.
Sian joined FRP in 2018 as a Manager in the Restructuring Advisory team and is based in our London office.
She has a wealth of experience in corporate restructuring and insolvency, and has provided assistance to clients and stakeholders in the planning and implementation of liquidation and administration processes across a wide variety of sectors.
Sian also has extensive experience in managing corporate simplification projects, eliminating surplus entities across multiple jurisdictions.
During her career she has undertaken secondments to both Barclays Bank plc and Lloyds Bank to assist as an s166 skilled person. She has also worked on the solvent liquidation of a large technology company, distributing over $160 million of cash to 200 shareholders within the first month, and led the solvent wind down of multiple UK property companies for a global asset manager, working with tax advisors to ensure maximum efficient returns to shareholders.
