Meet Steven

Steven joined FRP in 2024 as a Manager in our Restructuring Advisory team, based in our London office.

He has almost a decade of experience in corporate advisory and restructuring in both the public and private arenas, covering a variety of sectors such as mining, renewable energy, telecommunications, retail and manufacturing.

Steven has hands on experience in lead M&A advisory (distressed and non-distressed scenarios), restructuring advisory to lenders and/or directors (inc. options, business plan, cash flow, restructuring feasibility etc.) as well as developing and implementing contingency plans to protect and maximise value, including formal restructuring mechanisms.

Recently at FRP, Steven advised the key lender of a large international healthcare company on their options to preserve, protect and enhance their position regarding their investment in the business. Additionally, he also advised the board of a telecommunications company around their restructuring options in light of a liquidity challenge.
