Meet Warren

Warren joined FRP in 2017 and is a Director in the Restructuring Advisory team, based in our London office.

He has 20 years’ experience working in corporate restructuring and corporate advisory across various sectors including financial services, charity & not-for-profit, healthcare, and leisure & hospitality.

Warren also gained valuable experience within the automotive sector following a six-month secondment to a business support unit of a US car manufacturer.

Recent assignments include the administration of a group of six care homes in England and Wales, and the administration of a charity for the visually impaired.

Warren also worked on the administration of a Formula One engine supplier, as well as an administration and financial review of two clubs in the football league.
