The Masterplan covers both freehold (c. 535,121 m²) and leasehold land (c. 655,523 m²). The leasehold land, housing the golf course, has been leased from the Holy Monastery of Ayios Neophytos for 94 years (expiring 2088) with a remaining lease period of 64 years and the possibility to extend the remaining period to 99 years.
