FRP Corporate Finance continues to attract top talent

We’re happy to announce the appointment of Victoria Kisseleva as a Partner, as we continue to grow our team.

Victoria joins our West End office in Soho, after a 20-year career in international finance, private equity and investment banking.

Victoria has a particular specialism in the health and beauty sector, most recently as an independent consultant providing strategic advice to private equity, venture funds and independent companies. In her new role she will be working to help expand our footprint in the sector.

The appointment come as we continue to invest in our ever-growing team. Earlier this year, we announced the promotion of Bilal Hasan to Partner, alongside eight others within the team, including the promotion of Fiona Bichan and Alex Starling to Director.

The team growth follows on from a positive 2022, during which our teams advised on 84 transactions with a total value of £2.9 billion.
