New promotions boost FRP Corporate Finance across the UK

Specialist business advisory firm FRP has announced a raft of promotions to strengthen its Corporate Finance teams across the country.

Bilal Hasan has been named Partner, operating out of FRP Corporate Finance’s Reading and London West End offices. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Bilal’s expertise includes advising businesses on disposals, acquisitions, fundraising and strategy.

Recent deals include Molecular Devices LLC’s cross-border acquisition of Cellesce and the merger of eSports agency Digital Sports Mgmt with YMU Sports, a global talent management agency.

His promotion comes alongside eight others within FRP Corporate Finance, including the promotion of Fiona Bichan and Alex Starling to Director. Further promotions include:

• Ben Lowe – Associate Director
• Adrien Vendran – Corporate Finance Executive
• Cameron Robertson – Corporate Finance Executive
• Rory Denison – Debt Advisory Manager
• Jonathan Gonszor – Manager
• Madhavi Morjaria – Senior Manager

The promotions follow on from a positive 2022 for the business, which advised on 84 transactions with a total value of £2.9 billion. A total 73 promotions have been made across the wider FRP group, including its Restructuring Advisory, Financial Advisory, Forensic Services and Business Development teams, as well as support functions including IT and HR.
