A little about Simon

Simon joined FRP in 2021, following the acquisition of Spectrum Corporate Finance, which he co-founded in 2010, and is a Consultant Partner in the Corporate Finance team.

He has been working in the industry since 1992, providing advisory services to businesses at all stages of the corporate lifecycle, working with privately held businesses, corporates and financial stakeholders.

Having worked for two of the Big Four accountancy firms, as well as starting and exiting two boutique advisory firms, Simon has an entrepreneurial approach and extensive experience of working with businesses of various sizes and sectors. He provides specialist advice across transactions including M&A advisory, management buy-outs, strategic reviews, and equity fundraising assignments.
