Advisers to leading skincare brand, Pai Skincare, on its sale to beauty brand owner and e-commerce operator, HSNF.
We are pleased to advise Pai Skincare on its sale to HSNF Ltd.
Founded in 2007 by Sarah Brown and Ed Saper, Pai Skincare is a leading sensitive skincare brand, renowned for its certified organic formulations and science-backed approach to product development. Manufactured in-house in London and sold internationally, Pai has built a loyal customer following and established itself as a high-performance skincare brand.
The transaction sees HSNF, a beauty brand owner and e-commerce operator, acquire Pai Skincare from Famille C Participations, the investment arm of the Courtin-Clarins family.
The deal marks the next stage in Pai’s growth journey, with founders Sarah Brown and Ed Saper remaining shareholders and board advisers to support the business as it enters its next chapter.
Our Corporate Finance team worked closely with Sarah and Ed to drive the sale process, drawing on our consumer and beauty-sector expertise to position the business and help secure an outcome aligned with the founders’ ambitions for Pai.
Victoria Kisseleva, Partner at FRP Corporate Finance, said: “We are delighted to have supported Pai Skincare on this transaction. Since its founding, Pai has built a highly differentiated position within the premium skincare market, underpinned by a clear brand purpose, strong product credentials and a loyal international customer base.”
“The founders were central to shaping the process alongside us. The transaction provides a strong platform for Pai’s next chapter under HSNF’s ownership. We wish Pai and HSNF every success.”
