Outsourced company secretary
We provide a full outsourced company secretary function to listed and private companies, working as a member of the client’s in-house team to deliver on key governance and compliance workstreams, freeing internal resource to focus on building shareholder value. We create an environment for effective and efficient decision making and take responsibility for multiple workstreams to maintain that environment through the annual financial cycle as well as managing the compliance with the Companies Act, listing rules and MAR. Clients can select the service level appropriate to them.
