A little about Aaron

Aaron joined FRP in 2019 and is a Manager in the Restructuring Advisory team, based in our Birmingham office.

His experience includes working on accelerated mergers and acquisitions, contingency planning and options reviews, in addition to formal insolvency processes such as administrations, creditors’ voluntary liquidations and personal insolvency procedures.

Recently, Aaron has been involved in the administration trading of a chain of fast-food takeaways and restaurants, successfully selling the business as a going concern; working on a trading administration and wind down of a manufacturer of radiators and other heat transfer products; and managing the wind down of a bicycle importer and wholesaler.
