Meet Aisling, one of the Directors leading Business Development in London.

A little about Aisling

Aisling joined FRP in 2014 and is a Director in FRP’s Business Development team, based in the London office. She is responsible for shaping business development strategy in London and leading national projects that support relationship-led growth across the firm.

Working closely with Partners and senior teams, Aisling helps translate market insight, client feedback and relationship intelligence into focused business development activity. Her role includes strengthening client and referrer engagement, developing tools and frameworks to support origination and account growth, and embedding best practice across teams, sectors and regions.

Aisling moved into business development in 2018, after several years working in corporate restructuring with a focus on contentious investigations. This background gives her a strong understanding of FRP’s services, clients and markets, and helps her connect technical expertise with commercial opportunity.

Her work spans business development strategy, client experience, origination insight, targeted campaigns, high-value pitches and tenders, performance reporting and cross-firm collaboration. She also develops and supports initiatives that strengthen FRP’s culture and connectivity, including CSR, EDI and colleague engagement.
