A little about Alex

Alex joined FRP in 2024 following the acquisition of the Hilton-Baird Group, a commercial finance brokerage and risk management group he founded in 1997.

With over 25 years’ experience in the receivables finance sector, he has a breadth of experience spanning the full client life cycle, from originating funding for clients’ ongoing operational or transactional needs, to safeguarding lenders’ interests through risk management and collections across pre-insolvency and insolvency cases.

Alex draws on his sector and entrepreneurial expertise to lead external strategic operations, identifying and securing new business opportunities working alongside Asset Based Lenders and Insolvency Practitioners to create valuable operational, risk and recovery support.
