A little about Alexandra
Alex joined FRP Advisory 2025 as an Associate Director, following the acquisition of One Advisory, and is based in the London office.
Alex has over twenty years’ experience as a qualified governance professional, both in-house and within professional services. She started her career at a Big Four consulting firm where she completed her governance qualifications before joining the company secretarial team at a FTSE 100 media and technology company.
After over ten years in-house, Alex moved back into professional services where her roles have included leading the company secretarial team at a top 50 UK law firm and Senior Manager at another Big Four consulting firm where she advised a wide range of clients, from small and large private groups to large, listed PLCs and US multinationals, on a broad spectrum of corporate governance matters.
Alex joined One Advisory in early 2024. Her aim is to help her clients, whether they be at the beginning of their post IPO journey or well established publicly listed companies, navigate the increasingly complex governance landscape, leveraging her extensive experience as both an advisor and ‘client-side’ to make the process as seamless as possible.
