A little about Daniel
Dan joined FRP in 2025 and is a Partner in the Financial Advisory team, based in the London office.
He specialises in Transaction Services, providing financial due diligence and advisory services to private equity firms, debt funds and corporates.
Since starting his career in 2008, Dan has advised on over 100 completed corporate transactions across a wide variety of sectors, including technology, business services and healthcare.
He is experienced in buy-side, sell-side (vendor due diligence and vendor assist) and pre-lend due diligence.
