A little about Max

Max joined FRP in 2025 as a Director in the Financial Advisory team and is based in our London and Reading office.

He has extensive experience providing buy-side and sell-side due diligence services in the UK mid-market on transactions typically valued between £5 million and £150 million for both corporate and private equity clients.

Max’s main focuses are the technology, media & telecommunications, business services and Industrials & manufacturing sectors as well as vendor-side transactions.

Recent assignments include buyside due diligence for a private equity investment in Oracle cloud specialist and financial due diligence on a number of bolt-on acquisitions for a Cloud Solutions provider.
