A little about Daniel
Daniel joined FRP in 2025 and is a Partner in the Financial Advisory team based in London.
He specialises in Transaction Services, advising private equity firms, debt funds and corporates on acquisitions, investments and exits. Since starting his career in 2008, Daniel has advised on more than 100 completed transactions across a broad range of sectors.
Daniel has extensive experience across buy-side and sell-side due diligence on mid-market transactions, including vendor due diligence and wider vendor assistance. His focus is on understanding the issues that matter most and providing clear commercial judgement to support negotiations, financing discussions and decision-making.
He works closely with clients to deliver targeted, practical diligence, identifying key issues early to enable a tailored approach and provide concise, decision-focused outputs.
