Meet David , one of the Associate Directors in our Financial Advisory team.

A little about David

David joined FRP in 2023 and is an Associate Director in the Financial Advisory team, based in our London office.

He is a Chartered Accountant (FCA, ICAEW), specialising in valuations. He has extensive experience helping clients understand the value of shares and businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to multinational corporations across a wide variety of sectors.

David provides independent valuations services in relation to M&A transactions, business/debt restructuring situations, litigation, shareholder disputes, tax and financial reporting purposes (such as Purchase Price Allocations).

Prior to commencing his valuations career in 2015, David spent seven years working in Audit and Accounts.
