A little about David
David joined FRP in 2019 and is a Director in our Restructuring Advisory team, based in Manchester. He has extensive experience in restructuring advisory, having worked in this specialism for a number of years.
Advising both management teams and stakeholders, David specialises in helping distressed organisations through difficult periods by identifying and supporting the implementation of restructuring and turnaround solutions. He has expertise in providing a range of services, including cash management and cash forecasting, cashflow and working capital, cost reduction, independent business reviews, accelerated mergers and acquisitions, and forecast reviews.
David’s experience spans a wide range of sectors and industries, including healthcare, automotive, casual dining, food processing, manufacturing and financial services.
