A little about Dieter
Dieter joined FRP in 2025, following the acquisition of Arc & Co., an FCA-regulated provider of debt and equity advisory services to the real estate sector, and is a Senior Manager in our London office.
Dieter has over a decade of experience working on development projects through his previous role as a qualified RICS quantity surveyor. Dieter specialises in structuring senior debt, mezzanine and equity finance.
His background having worked on developments provides a deeper understanding of cost, risk and delivery, enabling better outcomes for both borrowers and lenders.
