A little about Hayley
Hayley joined FRP in 2025 as an Appointment Taking Director in the Restructuring Advisory team and is based in our Norwich office.
She acts as an insolvency practitioner with extensive experience across all forms of corporate insolvency, including administrations, creditors’ voluntary liquidations, compulsory liquidations, solvent members liquidations and company voluntary arrangements. Hayley also advises on personal insolvency matters, including individual voluntary arrangements and bankruptcies.
Working closely with a broad range of stakeholders, Hayley develops and implements the best strategy to help individuals and businesses experiencing financial difficulties.
She has been a member of the R3 Eastern Region Committee since 2017, contributing to thought leadership across the profession.
