A little about James
James joined FRP in 2025 as a Associate Director in the Governance team, following the acquisition of One Advisory, and is based in the London office.
He has experience providing governance advice to listed and private companies at all stages of their corporate calendar and has a wide variety of sector experience including professional services, telecommunications, financial Services and medtech.
James also has experience project managing annual reports and conducting compliance reviews and rectifications of company books for multiple group of companies.
