A little about Karan
Karan joined FRP in 2023 and is an Associate Director in the Financial Advisory team in our Manchester office.
Karan specialises in Transaction Services, providing financial due diligence (FDD) and advisory services to lenders, private equity firms, debt funds and corporates.
Karan has advised on a number of transactions across a wide variety of sectors and cross-border transactions, including technology, business services, construction and healthcare.
He is experienced in pre-lend due diligence, buy-side and sell-side due diligence (vendor DD and vendor assist).
