A little about Kate
Kate Baldwin joined FRP in August 2025 following the acquisition of One Advisory where she has been a member of the Corporate Governance team since July 2023. She is based in our London offices.
Kate has been working in professional services since 2022 providing corporate governance and company secretarial support to primarily AIM listed clients across a number of sectors including natural resources, healthcare, property and engineering.
Kate leads on a number of retained AIM listed and private client teams. Alongside the ongoing corporate governance and board support role she has led on a number of capital raises, a transition from Main Market to AIM and various capital reorganisations from a company secretarial perspective.
Prior to joining FRP Advisory Kate had spent over 20 years working for AIM listed natural resources companies on projects in West Africa and FSU.
