A little about Mark
Mark joined FRP in 2026 and is a Partner in the Corporate Finance team, based in London.
He has almost 20 years’ mid-market M&A experience advising both private and public clients on a range of buy and sell-side transactions. Mark leads on M&A in the travel, hospitality and leisure sectors having specialised on these for more than 15 years.
Prior to joining FRP, Mark held senior M&A roles at a mid-market investment bank and a leading corporate advisory firm. He started his career in the M&A department of one of the Big Four.
