A little about Paul
Paul joined FRP in 2017 as a Partner in Restructuring Advisory based in the Leeds office. He has extensive experience in corporate recovery and insolvency matters, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1991, and becoming a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner the following year.
Paul held senior and partner positions in international and national firms, before forming a restructuring practice in 2004. His specialisms centre on corporate insolvency, including complex company restructuring and turnaround.
Recent assignments have included his appointment as administrator of a property development group, securing a going concern sale of the business and its assets, and advising on the company voluntary arrangement of a packaging, design and manufacturing business, where the sale of property and contributions from the restructured business led to the recover of around £1 million for unsecured creditors.
