Sale preserves future of Creative Digital Images

We are pleased to announce that David Acland and Paul Whitwam, Partners in our Restructuring Advisory team, have completed the sale of Creative Digital Images Ltd (Creative Digital Images), which was in administration, to Mardan Display.

Bradford-based Creative Digital Images specialises in point of sale and product displays for the retail and events sectors – with particular strengths supporting cosmetic and beauty brands. It has now been acquired by Rochdale group Mardan Display, which supplies products to retailers including Harrods, Mothercare and Boots.

David and Paul were appointed Joint Administrators to Creative Digital Images following a period of declining revenues brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. On appointment, they completed the pre-pack sale of the business to Mardan Display, preserving all 36 roles.
