A little about Stephen
Stephen Skeels is a Consultant Director within Valuation Services, in FRP’s Financial Advisory team. Based in London, he has close to 40 years’ experience working in professional services firms and joins FRP from Forvis Mazars, where he spent almost two decades, most recently as Global Head of Valuations.
Stephen advises mid-market corporates and public companies on a wide range of valuation matters, specialising in regulated engagements, including those arising under the Takeover Code and Listing Rules. He also acts as an expert witness in contentious matters.
Over the course of his career, Stephen has advised on a broad range of valuation assignments, privatisations, capital raisings, public takeovers, and private company M&A, with significant experience of cross-border mandates. His experience spans a variety of sectors, with particular expertise in financial services and a deep focus on the insurance sector.
