A little about Susannah
Susannah joined FRP in 2024 as a Manager in the Restructuring Advisory team and is based in our Bournemouth office.
She works across a broad range of formal insolvency and restructuring appointments, including administrations, creditors’ voluntary liquidations, members’ voluntary liquidations, bankruptcies and fixed charge receiverships. She advises directors, secured lenders, creditors and other stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of an appointment, helping to deliver pragmatic solutions in often complex and challenging situations.
Her experience spans a variety of sectors, including property and real estate, construction, logistics and distribution, hospitality, retail, professional services and not-for-profit organisations. She has particular expertise in managing stakeholder communications, complex asset realisations, investigations and statutory compliance matters, ensuring that appointments are progressed efficiently whilst maintaining a clear focus on delivering the best possible outcomes for stakeholders.
