Monday December 19, 2022

In our 2022 Forensic Services Annual Review, we reflect on the key highlights from the last 12 months and share predictions for the year ahead

In our first Forensic Services Annual Review, Partners Chris Osborne, Fiona Hotston Moore, Nishad Morjaria, Henry Pocock and Jon Dodge share their professional highlights and key accomplishments from the past year.

From being ranked in the Chambers and Partners directory for the fourth consecutive year to enhancing our relationship with Eight International – through the launch of a new global Forensics & Dispute Resolution Network – 2022 saw a number of notable achievements for our Forensics function.

A particularly significant launch this past year was of eDiscovery tool, RelativityOne, a cloud-based document review platform that boasts powerful data processing, AI and analytics features, enhancing the ways in which FRP can create and leverage efficiencies and scalability for its clients.

In the publication, our experts draw on their experience to analyse the trends seen across the industry, how the pandemic has changed the landscape for forensic services and what can be expected from 2023. It also provides a closer look at some of the exemplary cases completed by our growing team across our four offices and some valuable tips and takeaways from the series of successful webinars held during the summer months.
