We acquire Sheffield-based Wilson Field group

We’re pleased to have grown our offering in Yorkshire with the acquisition of Sheffield-based restructuring group, Wilson Field.

The £4.8 million deal will see Wilson Field’s 63 strong team of licensed insolvency and debt advisory specialists join FRP, with two Directors Nick Wilson and Kelly Burton joining the firm as Partners.

The acquisition strengthens our National Restructuring Advisory team in Yorkshire, adding to the experience in our existing Leeds office. It represents the latest milestone in our growth, having added nine new offices since listing on AIM in 2020, including our first international office in Cyprus and acquiring a series of Restructuring and Corporate Finance businesses.
