FRP has promoted 48 colleagues across its national network, recognising expertise and career progression across the business.
The round of promotions spans 16 of FRP’s locations, with Graham Smith promoted to partner in the restructuring advisory team in Aberdeen and Chris Ryan promoted to partner at FRP Corporate Finance in Liverpool.
Graham joined FRP in 2013 and has worked in restructuring and formal insolvency appointments in the Aberdeen area since 1998. He manages corporate recovery assignments across the north and north east of Scotland, with experience spanning sectors including leisure, manufacturing, construction, fishing and professional services.
Chris joined FRP Corporate Finance in Liverpool in 2025 and brings more than 20 years’ experience advising businesses across a range of sectors, with particular expertise in fire protection and facilities management, energy and technology. He supports clients through company sales, management buyouts, acquisitions and private equity transactions.
The promotions also include five colleagues progressing to director or appointment taking director. Naomi Jordan has been named an appointment taking director in the restructuring advisory team in Leicester, while Manchester-based Shelie Gallagher has been promoted to director in the same practice. Corey Dennis has been named a director in the real estate advisory team in London. In central services, Brentwood-based Tracy Baker has been promoted to director of People Partnering and Brighton-based Lola Puddephatt to director of Talent Acquisition.
A further three colleagues have been promoted to associate director: Alex Griffiths in the corporate finance team in Cardiff, and Leo Nash and Nabeel Qureshi in the valuations team in London.
The wider round spans all six of FRP’s service lines, reflecting the breadth of expertise and career opportunities across the business.
Jeremy French, chief operating officer at FRP, said: “These promotions recognise the expertise, dedication and contribution of colleagues across our business. Each has played an important role in supporting our clients and strengthening our teams, and I’m delighted to congratulate them on this next step in their careers.
“Welcoming Graham and Chris to the partnership is particularly rewarding. Both bring extensive experience in their markets and care deeply about doing the best job for their clients. One of the most enjoyable parts of my role is seeing colleagues grow in confidence and go on to achieve things they’ve worked hard towards. These promotions are a proud moment for them and for everyone who has helped them along the way. As FRP grows, we want more people to see a future here and know we’ll back them as they take that next step.”
The announcement follows a period of continued investment in FRP’s people, geographical coverage and specialist capabilities. Acquisitions including financial advisory business One Advisory Group and real estate finance specialist Arc & Co have broadened the firm’s offering, which now includes real estate advisory alongside restructuring advisory, corporate finance, debt advisory, forensic services and financial advisory.
FRP has also continued to expand its regional presence, most recently opening new offices in Ipswich and Exeter to strengthen its restructuring advisory offering across East Anglia and the South West. The firm now has more than 950 employees and operates across a network of 33 locations in the UK, Cyprus and the Isle of Man.
