FRP supports Complii on the acquisition of two lift companies

Complii completes acquisition of White Lift Services and The General Lift Company.

We’re pleased to have provided buy-side financial and tax due diligence support to Complii on two acquisitions, White Lift Services Limited and The General Lift Company.

White Lift Services is a well established, family-owned lift specialist with more than three decades of experience providing lift servicing, maintenance, repair, modernisation and installation across Yorkshire and the North of England.

The General Lift Company is a long standing specialist in lift and mobility solutions, serving a broad base of commercial and public sector customers throughout London and the South East. Its services include planned preventative maintenance, responsive repair works, refurbishment, installation and emergency support.

The acquisitions strengthen Complii’s Lifts and Escalators division, increasing scale and coverage in the North of England, London and the South East. Alongside Classic Lifts and The Escalator Company, the two acquisitions support the continued development of a broader UK lifts and escalators offering.
