Real Estate Advisory team wins Development Finance Broker of the Year award

The NACFB Commercial Broker Awards recognises excellence in the finance sector

FRP’s Real Estate Advisory team has been named Development Finance Broker of the Year (4+ brokers) at the NACFB Commercial Broker Awards 2026.

Winners were announced on Friday 11 September at Lancashire Cricket Club, Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester. Now in their seventh year, the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) awards are among the few UK awards judged on broker performance alone. More than 430 entries were submitted across 26 categories this year and assessed by a panel of 36 independent judges. The category was sponsored by Roma Finance.

Over the period covered by the entry, the team completed development finance transactions that spanned senior debt, stretched senior, mezzanine and preferred equity.

The team was also shortlisted in two further categories this year: Bridging Finance Broker of the Year (4+ brokers), in which we were highly commended, and Commercial Mortgage Broker of the Year (4+ brokers).
