Meet your host

Luke Wilson

Meet Luke. Alongside his role as a Director in our Restructuring Advisory team he hosts the Mind.Set podcast, and played a pivotal role in the creation of FRP's Balanced Mind's Committee. Over six years ago Luke got sober from alcohol and drug addiction, and during that time learnt how how the biggest (or smallest) challenges in his life, paved the way for the most positive and enriching period of growth and learning he has ever experienced.

Luke is passionate about helping professionals feel less isolated on their journey, and looks to debunk the myth that we have to be ‘alright’ all the time.

Tash Kusi

Meet Tash, his natural artistic flair led him to graduate with a degree in Graphic Design at the University of Buckinghamshire. As time went on he discovered that design wasn’t ‘making his heart sing’, leading him to pivot into the world of fashion. Tash began modelling, and also gained experience working for high profile brands including H&M and & Other Stories.

Following experiencing the fast pace of the fashion industry, Tash began seeking a deeper meaning, which saw him become a Priest and discover his true purpose. Tash now serves as the Head of Alpha within the HTB clergy team, and helps others on their own personal journeys.
