Meet Allen

Allen joined FRP in 2024 as a Manager in our Valuations team following the acquisition of GlobalView and is based in our London office.

Allen is a valuation and financial advisory specialist who provides valuation services to businesses across various stages of the corporate lifecycle. He has extensive experience in the valuation of businesses, intangible assets, and complex financial instruments such as equity derivatives and hybrid securities, in accordance with international valuation standards.

Allen has worked with a diverse client base, including private equity firms, publicly traded companies, and private businesses, supporting them in financial reporting, strategic decision-making, and transaction advisory. He has also advised clients in a variety of sectors, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and industrials.
