A little about Tom

Tom joined FRP in 2024 as a Director in the Financial Advisory team and is based in the London office.

Specialising in valuation services, he has experience advising businesses across the entire corporate life cycle for various transactional and reporting purposes.

Tom has extensive knowledge in providing valuation support for equity raises, acquisitions/divestments, corporate reorganisations, LP reporting and tax planning across the financial services and private equity sectors.

He has additional cross-sector experience in retail, media and telecommunications, energy and infrastructure.
